Payments

We offer customers the opportunity to pay by Credit or Debit card, using Visa, Mastercard, via “SagePay”, and you don’t need to have a Sagepay account the benefit of this is Sagepay will take payment from your nominated funding source on our behalf, they keep all payment information on file, we KDK Office Supplies Ltd dont see or file any of your card details. This is a very popular option for offices where the stationery purchaser does not always have the company card with them or users who want the convenience of not having to enter payment card details.

Pay by credit card

We always recommend customers use our secure online payment system SagePay.

Pay by cheque

We do not have a pay by cheque option on our checkout but we do still accept payment for orders with them. Simply call us stating what it is you would like, we will give you a reference to put on the back of your cheque all that remains is for you to post it to us.

Once your payments have been cleared by our bank we shall dispatch the goods to you.

Security

We will never hold any payment details you give us, your delivery address and contact details shall be held solely for the purpose of making it quicker should you wish to reorder from us. From time to time we send you an email notifying you of special offers, should you wish not to receive this we give you the option to unsubscribe in your account settings.

We will never sell/gift/exchange your details on to any third party; this excludes any promotional emails sent from our sister companies unless you have opted in to our mailing list.
